The sitemap is your organization's catalog of product pages. It records routes and what those pages are for, based on your connected repositories.

## Scan for pages

Open **Sitemap** and select **Scan now**. Teaflask reads your [connected repositories](/github) to discover product routes and proposes changes to the catalog. A scan does not apply those changes by itself.

## Review proposed changes

Open **Waiting on you** to review the scan's proposals:

| Proposal | Effect of approval |
| ------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Create** | Adds a newly discovered page to the sitemap. |
| **Update** | Revises an existing page's definition to reflect changes in the code. |
| **Deprecate** | Archives an existing page. |

Check the route, page details, and source evidence. Select **Approve** to apply a proposal, or **Dismiss** to leave the catalog unchanged.

## Archive a page

Archive a page when it no longer belongs in the active catalog, such as a legacy screen. Archiving retains the catalog record. You can restore it from the archived pages list.

Archiving a sitemap entry does not remove the route from your app.

## Navigation settings

The sitemap describes destinations; it does not grant permission to navigate to them. Configure the agent's navigation tool and allowed paths under [App access](/app-access).
