Your organization contains your team's documentation, agents, skills, actions, members, and billing balance. Owners manage its name, logo, and deletion under **Settings > General**.

## Change the name or logo

In the **Organization** section:

- Edit **Name** to change how the organization appears across Teaflask. Names can be up to 200 characters.
- Use **Logo** to upload a PNG, JPEG, or WebP image. The logo appears beside the organization's name in the sidebar. Removing it restores the placeholder.

Members can see the organization's identity but cannot change it. See [Members](/members) for the role comparison.

## Delete the organization

Organization deletion is permanent, with no undo or recovery window. It removes the organization and its contents, ends members' access to it, and takes its public help center offline.

Open **Settings > General > Danger zone** and choose **Delete this organization**. Type the organization's exact name, including letter case, to confirm.

Teaflask asks for additional confirmation when deletion has any of these consequences:

| Condition              | Consequence                                                         |
| ---------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Remaining balance      | The unused balance is forfeited. The confirmation shows the amount. |
| Agent work in progress | The work is cancelled.                                              |
| Negative balance       | The outstanding amount is written off.                              |

Review all listed consequences before confirming. If this was your only organization, you are signed out and returned to sign-in. Otherwise, Teaflask switches to another organization you belong to.
